Luminos Insight is proud to have been named as a Finalist in the Newcomer category of the IHR In-house Recruitment Supplier Awards 2025.

IHR is the largest, most inclusive community of in-house recruiters. It exists to recognise, inspire, and educate the talent acquisition industry and equips its members with the tools and strategies they need to succeed. Its Supplier Awards showcase the best providers to the sector.

Co-founded by industry experts Natalie Douglass and Lee Parker, talent research consultancy Luminos Insight was launched in February 2024 to address the rapidly evolving recruitment and people challenges faced by employers.
