The Talent Labs’ exclusive Talent Leaders event went international in 2025 – and Luminos Insight was there in Amsterdam to exhibit its innovative talent research consultancy services.

The event, held on 11 February 2025 at The Pulitzser Hotel in Amsterdam, was a full day of conversation and insights focused exclusively on talent acquisition. The programme included real-life case studies, live presentations, insights, peer -to-peer networking and roundtable discussions. Luminos Inisght presented on ‘Why Talent Research is your super power’, helping delegates to understand that doing things properly and keeping it simple can make a massive impact on talent acquisition, recruitment and workforce development.

The theme of the conference was ‘Building Resilience: The Future of Recruitment in an Uncertain World’ and gave delegates the insights needed to build resilient hiring strategies, foster strong organisational culture, and leverage technology to future proof their workforces in a disruptive time.

The Luminos Insight team got the chance to attend other sessions on talent acquisition, talent attraction, and talent strategy, while networking with in-house HR and talent professionals to help them understand how they can harness the power of talent research and insight.
