Luminos director appointed to Executive Research Association Shadow Committee

Founding Director of Luminos, Natalie Douglass has been appointed to the Executive Research Association’s (ERA) Shadow Committee.

Established in 1984, the ERA provides an international forum for educating, sharing best practice and raising standards amongst both practitioners and users of talent sourcing and insight. It also provides a showcase for researchers and thought leaders within the sector.

Natalie comments: “The ERA is the global forum for talent intelligence and insight professionals and as a committed member and industry expert, I am delighted to join the shadow committee to support its work to champion talent research and share best practice.”

In her role on the committee Natalie brings her experience as a founding director of new and innovative talent research consultancy Luminos and will support the organisation to ensure that member voices are fully represented.
